This Portal is the secure website to exchange information between an Abuse Claimant or an Abuse Claimant’s law firm and the Settlement Trustee for the USA Gymnastics Trust. Only persons authorized by the Settlement Trustee may use this Portal.

If you are a Pro Se Abuse Claimant (not represented by an attorney), you can click Request Access or contact the Settlement Trustee at support@USAGymnasticsTrust.com for information regarding this compensation program. If you are represented by an attorney, your attorney will have access to the Portal, and you will need to communicate with your attorney about your claim. You will not have direct Portal access.

If you are a lawyer requesting access to the Portal and you are a member of a law firm that has not been granted access, click Request Access and follow the instructions to submit your access request for processing. If a member of your law firm has been granted access to the Portal, that person, as the Portal Administrator for your law firm, can add new users on the Firm Administration tab of the Portal in the Manage Firm Users section. Only law firms can use a law firm’s Portal. It is not available for claims preparation firms, accountants and other entities.

Future Claims: If you believe you have a Future Claim as defined in Sections 1.1.60 and 1.1.61 of the confirmed USA Gymnastics Bankruptcy Plan (the “Plan”), or if you have a Class 10 Sexual Abuse Claim Filed After the Bar Date and wish to have the Claim be deemed a Future Claim according to Section 7.6.2 of the Plan, you must file a Proof of Future Claim Form . If you are a lawyer and are a member of a law firm that already has access to the Portal, there is a Future Claims function on your Portal where you can submit these forms. If you are not represented by an attorney, or if you are a lawyer and do not already have Portal access, click the Request Access button or contact the Settlement Trustee at support@USAGymnasticsTrust.com for information on how to file a Future Claim.
